From "Pesciolino Burger" to THEMA
After three successful seasons managing "Pesciolino Burger", Teresa and Marco opened THEMA: a larger space to better showcase Teresa's cooking, the wine bar's selection, and to expand the offering with a high-quality coffee shop.

Apulian by birth, Tuscan by choice. Teresa developed her seafood cuisine in the high-quality restaurants of the Etruscan Coast. Marco Marucelli, journalist and sommelier, looks after the dining room, the cellar, and the wine pairings.
Together, after “Pesciolino Burger”, they created THEMA.
